11:00am Friday 27th January 2012

TOWN were expecting a difficult game against a well organised and skillful side and for the first half an hour there was nothing between the teams.

Amber Moule headed in a second four minutes later and then on 40 minutes Vicky Tindall made it three from a 25-yard drive into the top corner.
To compound Cirencester's misery one of their players received a straight red card for foul language to the referee just before the break.Bridgwater's new signing Devon Rich came on for her debut and scored Town's fourth, when she chipped the ball over the keeper's head from the left hand side.Moule got her second goal with 10 minutes to go, firing in from 12 yards after a corner before Pitt completed the rout, grabbing her second in the 85th minute, running onto a through ball, before slotting the ball past the keeper.Captain Charlotte Barnes said: “It was a great effort from every single player and the 6-0 scoreline was awesome.
“Confidence was high and our passing and communication was much better - bring on the next round.”
