'Fit for forty and fifty' challenge, Bridgwater

MEN aged between 40 and 59 are being encouraged to take part in a fitness challenge in Bridgwater Sedgemoor District Council is working in partnership with 1610 to hold its ‘fit for forty and fifty’ at the newly opened Trinity Sports and Leisure in Bridgwater.
It involves a series of rowing, running and cycling challenges with three different levels to suit all abilities.
The course is free to enter and runs between March 1 and May 31. Contact the site and arrange your race session - all results will then be logged and category winners will be notified early June 2012.
There are prizes to be won, including free membership.
